Hello everyone:

A BIG shot out to the volunteers that helped during our 60th Anniversary celebration; from the setup to the takedown, you guys did a fantastic job! The event was a success, and you were a big part of it. We all at Haney appreciate your commitment, especially me.

July is almost halfway, and we still have events happening this month. I am looking for volunteers for the following events:

Dinner Theatre –
Food Plating & Bussing from 5:45 to 8:30 pm, two or three volunteers each day, on the following dates: July 16, 21 & 28
Bar Assistant from 4:45 to 7:00 pm, one volunteer for each day, on the following dates: July 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 & 30
Usher from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, one volunteer for each day, on the following dates: July 14, 16, 21, 23,26, 28 & 30
As an Usher, you use the golf cart to take guests who require assistance from the Sprig of Heather to the Amphitheatre and back to the restaurant once the show ends. Also, assist guests in finding a spot to sit, if needed, and pass around the spray bottles of bug repellent. You stay to watch the show.

Burger & Jazz –
Looking for one volunteer to help with Food Platting & Bussing from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Thursday, July 20

Bachelorette High Tea –
Looking for one volunteer to help with Food Prep from 9:30 to 11:30 am on Friday, July 28

How to enter:

1. Submit your Volunteer Application form.

2. Volunteer between May 6 and July 31, 2023. Three volunteered shifts give you one entry; six volunteered shifts give you two entries; nine volunteered shifts give you three entries. Any extra volunteered shift will give you an additional entry. Shifts must be completed by Monday, July 31, 2023.

The draw will be on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Good luck, everyone!

Do you have a friend interested in joining our fantastic group of volunteers?

Last year we introduced the Refer a Friend Program, and as a result, we had a couple of wonderful volunteers joining our team. Invite your friends to come and volunteer with us! Your name will be entered in a monthly draw for every person who signs in and volunteers for at least one shift. So, remember to let us know who you are referring.
