Hello everyone,
I can’t believe the end of the season is just a few weeks away, I guess that is what happens when you are busy and having fun, and oh boy, has it been a busy and fun summer!
But we still have a few events happening, and I am looking for volunteers for the following events:
Thursday, August 31 – Shuswap Comm. Foundation Lunch (100 ppl)
Buffet Assist, looking for 3 volunteers from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Bussing, looking for 3 volunteers from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm
Wedding (60 – 70ppl)
Friday, September 1 – Tents, Tables & Chairs Set Up, starting at 10:00 am. Looking for 3 volunteers
Saturday, September 2 – Ceremony & Reception
Decorating, looking for 1 volunteer, starting at 10:00 am
Buffet Assist, looking for 3 volunteers from 4:30 to 7:30 pm
Bussing, looking for 3 volunteers from 5:00 to 8:00 pm
Sunday, September 3 – Take Down, starting at 10:00 am. Looking for 3 volunteers
Harvest Celebration – Sunday, September 10
Friday, September 8 – Tent, pop-up tents and tables Set up, starting at 10 am. Looking for 3 volunteers
Saturday, September 9 – Sprays, looking for 2 volunteers, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
Saturday, September 9 – Kitchen Helper, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Sunday, September 10 – Skirt tables, looking for 2 volunteers, from 10:00 to 11:30 am
For Sunday, September 10 – the day of the event, I am looking for the following:
Food Platting at the Haney food table, looking for 3 volunteers from 2:45 to 6:15 pm
Bussing, looking for 5 volunteers from 3:15 to 7:00 pm
Raffle Tickets, looking for 2 volunteers from 3:00 to 5:45 pm
Parkers, looking for 2 volunteers from 2:30 to 4:00 pm
Kitchen Helper, looking for 1 volunteer, time TBD
