Dear Haney Team, I hope you’ve all had a wonderful winter! I’m looking forward to welcoming you back for another great season at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum. Whether you’re a returning team member or joining us for the first time, we’re thrilled to have you on board! Our season officially kicks off on Monday, April 7, and we’ll start the day with a staff orientation at 9:00 AM at the Sprig of Heather restaurant. This is a great opportunity to reconnect, meet our new team members, and go over the plans for opening the Village. We’ll also discuss preparations for our Annual Work Bee on April 26. While most of you will begin work on April 7, some positions won’t start until May. However, I ask that all staff attend orientation to ensure everyone is up to speed and ready for the season ahead. We’ll be taking a break for Easter from April 18-21, and the Village officially opens for the season on May 14. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
