Hey Haney Helpers!

Spring is in the air, and you know what that means—it's time to wake up the Village!

We’re inviting you to join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm for our Annual Work Bee at R.J. Haney Heritage Village.

Whether you're a long-time volunteer or brand new to the scene—this is your chance to make a real difference (and maybe get your hands a little dirty in the best way possible).

We’ll be teaming up once again with our amazing friends from the Shuswap Rotary Club for a day of sprucing, sweeping, and smiling. Tasks include:

• Yard work and gardening
• Washing tables, chairs, benches & windows
• Cleaning the theatre
• Raking and readying our grounds for the season ahead

✨ Bonus: All volunteers will be entered into a random draw for a surprise prize!
🍽️ Lunch is on us, courtesy of the Rotary Club—because good work deserves good food.

More than just a clean-up, this is a day for community connection, laughter, and giving back to a place we all love. So bring a pair of gloves, a water bottle, and a can-do spirit—we’ll take care of the rest.
