Oops I did it again!

My biggest apologies for any confusion. I can sing you every dinner theatre song but apparently can't keep my days straight. Lets try this again:

Hello Team,

We’re gearing up for the Quilt Show on Saturday, July 12th, and we’re looking for a few friendly faces to help make the day run smoothly – and enjoy a little fun while we’re at it!

Here’s what we need:

🧶 Gate (Cash Experience Needed)
- 1 volunteer from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm
- 2 volunteers from 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
You’ll be the first smile our guests see – welcoming them in and keeping the good vibes going!

🍽️ Table Busser – Sprig of Heather Restaurant
- 1 volunteer from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
Help us keep the tea and treats flowing smoothly – come early and sneak a peek at some of the show too!

🍦 Ice Cream Bar Seller (No Scooping!)
- 2 volunteer from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
That’s right – no scooping, just selling novelty ice cream bars and bring a bit of joy to guests looking to cool down!

If you’re available and want to be part of a beautiful day filled with quilts, conversation, and a bit of sunshine, let us know! We promise laughter, community spirit, and likely a treat or two along the way.
