We’re excited to welcome you to the Cowboy Campfire Show & Cocktail Hour at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum tomorrow—Friday, July 4! Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy a smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable evening at the Village:

Event Schedule & Details

Location: R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum

Early Entry: Want to explore the Heritage Village before the show? You're welcome to arrive any time after 4:00 PM—your event ticket includes general admission for the evening.

Parking: Main lot by the Haney House

Rain or shine – Please dress for the weather and bring bug spray, a jacket, and anything else to stay comfortable outdoors

Washrooms: Available on the deck of the Sprig of Heather Restaurant

Shuttle Service: Guests needing assistance to the amphitheatre can wait at the benches in the handicap parking lot starting at 6:30 PM. A shuttle will be running before and after the show

Check-in & Cocktail Hour: Begins at 5:00 PM at the Sprig of Heather Restaurant

Appetizer Plates (pre-ordered): Served from 5:00–6:00 PM

Roping Demonstration: Starts at 5:30 PM

Showtime: 7:00–9:00 PM in the outdoor amphitheatre, with a short intermission

Amphitheatre Seating is bench seating with backs. You’re welcome to bring a cushion or blanket for added comfort.
